The company was established in the year 1996 under the company laws of Republic of Ghana with registration No. C- 69,222 which later changed to No. CS – 122392016 under the new re-registration order by the Register-General Department of the Republic.

The company’s manifestations are GENERAL MERCHANT, IMPORT & EXPORT, MEDIA & INVESTMENT CONSULTANCY, and SPORTS / SHOW BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.

Grantman & Partners Limited, a popular brand name  known to government agencies, private bodies, project owners and investors have been a linkage source of business opportunities in Ghana and other African countries spreading over the globe seeking private and government infrastructural projects and source for investors to design, finance and construct be it on BOT or TURNKEY projects for public and private domains.

Since 1996 Grantman & Partners have been in competitive commercial business spreading from United States, Netherlands, Germany and South Korea importing used Automobiles, Clothing and Consumables via Grantman’s reputable foreign partners in their respective countries mentioned above.

In 2006 Grantman & Partners ventured into consultancy services from corporate to events affairs to which a brand new project by name {AFRICA MUSIC CHAMPIONS LEAGUE} was launched in collaboration with Africa Awake Foundation to show case the first ever musical league on world platform via Germany 2006 Fifa World Cup branding authentic African music and cultural heritage from Africa involving the legends of Africa Music from the  five  qualified African Countries namely South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Togo for the maiden musical league launch.

GRANTMAN & PARTNERS LIMITED in a formidable partnership with AFRICAN VILLAGE,  FIFA’S MATCH HOSPITALITY AGENCY for West African countries and again in collaboration with Africa Awake Foundation organized and staged more successful events under the theme {Africa Village Project} in South Africa 2010 World Cup during which Grantman & Partners was hosted in conjunction with Africa Awake Foundation by the then Arts and Culture minister Hon. Lulu Xingwana in Johannesburg, South Africa, as Grantman & Partners was awarded the right to organized and host world cup musical event at THE EMPORIUM, Melrose Arc in Johannesburg, South Africa,
